Spanish Lakes Fairways is a landowner / homeowner community. The Landowner owns, operates and manages the park. The homeowners acknowledge the prospectus, which is the book of rules, when we sign our rental agreement.

The SLF HOA By-Laws define our board member positions and responsibilities. Please read them and ask for any clarification. The HOA Board has 7 members and every year we alternate elections for 3 or 4 members so that each member can serve a 2 yr term and roughly 1/2 the board is replaced each year.

We hold monthly member meetings to determine what improvements we would like. The executive board (President, Recording secretary and Treasurer) meets with the Wynne Corp. annually to discuss these issues. Primarily, these are related to improving our amenities and appearance of our park. We can discuss rules and regulations, but we are all tenants on leased land and the landowner has the final say.

Looking back over the issues and outcomes of previous Landowner/Homeowner meetings, you can easily see that these meetings directly impact the quality of our day to day life here at Spanish Lakes Fairways.
